Heirloom Body Care opened its doors in April 2003. Starting out in a very small way as a home based business it has expanded extremely quickly. This is because we actually do listen to our customers' requests and do our best to achieve an excellent service along with realistic prices. Every order is double checked to ascertain the correct goods are being sent and also that the freight charges are being kept to the absolute minimum. Errors occasionally still happen because we are human beings, but we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss.
